Registered charities who are working in London with people with long term health conditions, mental ill-health or addictions have until the 16th October 2019 to apply for a grant of up to £10,000.

To be eligible to apply charities must be working with an expert health agency/provider and priority will be given to groups with an annual income of less than £250,000.

Examples of the type of project that have previously been funded include a programme of community-based art therapy workshops to support clients of a local Drug and Alcohol Service.

The funding is being made available through the from the Partners for Health Grants Programme.

Grants

Through our grant making we seek to make a difference by acting as a ‘catalyst’ for change.

This could be to develop a new project or improve existing services. We recognise there are social determinants of ill-health, and that for change to be sustainable, beneficiaries must be active and informed participants.
