The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC), Westminster City Council (WCC) and the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham (LBHF) are currently designing the tender for future carer services (for implementation from May 2017 onwards) by a process of engagement and co-production.
We would like to invite carers, providers and other key stakeholders to attend a series of meetings/workshops to shape the future provision of carers services.
Please find detailed below dates for a series of engagement and co production activities. Please note that each meeting is borough specific but you can attend any meeting you feel you would like to contribute to. Please also forward these dates to any other individuals/groups/organisations that you think might be interested.

• 23rd February, 2016 (Tuesday) 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Courtyard Room, ground floor, Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9JU
• 24th February, 2016 (Wednesday) from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Courtyard Room, ground floor, Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9JU
• 22nd March, 2016 (Tuesday) 12:00 p.m.-3:00 p.m. at the Courtyard Room, ground floor, Hammersmith Town Hall, King Street, Hammersmith, London, W6 9JU
(1) Please note that specifically to manage and audit the engagement and coproduction process ASC have created a specialist email: commissioning@rbkc.gov.uk account. Please ensure that if you are interested in participating in these events or getting more involved in the process you use this email address in the first instance and commissioners will get back to you.
(2) It will be important/essential that anyone wishing to attend engagement and coproduction meetings confirm their attendance in order that commissioners can liaise with council officers and people planning to attend can gain access into council buildings / offices.
