New Procurement Notice for Public Bodies

In response to COVID19 and the restrictions on social activity, government has issued a procurement notice to clarify how contracting bodies should support contractors. For example, by putting in place ‘the most appropriate payment measures to support supplier cash flow’ and ensuring ‘invoices submitted by suppliers are paid immediately on receipt’.
