The aim of the centre is to support people to remain independent and active members of their local community. The centre offers a wide range of activities tailored to suit individual needs and the choices and preferences expressed by individuals lies at the core of what we do.
The service is commissioned by Hammersmith and Fulham Adult Social care to deliver a day care service and a drop in service for older people over the age of 65 living in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. The day care service and the drop in services placements come through referrals from the H and F Adult Social Care Team and you can contact them to find out about a placement.
