Carers Service Manager
£31,000 per annum (37.5 hours per week)

We are proud to announce that we have recently secured new funding to expand our services for carers across Central London. We are now seeking an exceptional candidate to oversee and develop services to support carers in diverse boroughs in Central London.
Three out of five people become an unpaid carer at some point in their lives, looking after a family member or friend who couldn’t manage without them because of an illness, disability, mental illness or an addiction. Most do so without help or recognition.
The successful candidate will support this hidden army by overseeing the daily work of the Carers Hub teams, as well as taking a lead on developing relationships with local organisations to identify carers and raise awareness. Based in our Westminster office, with significant work remotely in the community, primarily in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham. Proactive and flexible, the ideal candidate will have a successful track record in overseeing services in a similar field, and in building effective, high-performing teams.
