We are looking for an exceptional leader, Confident and capable of leading all aspects of WCE. Business and service development, partnership building, finance, operations, and programme management.
Key accountabilities include:
- Manage, coach and develop the growing team (11 staff)
- Lead the development of a multi-facetted business strategy
- Lead the service delivery of WCE’s programme of activities
- Deliver the business strategy for sustained growth for WCE and
run cost-effectively - Ensure the highest standards of financial management,
- Act as ambassador for WCE including PR and client relationship
building as the lead on new business opportunities
