Salary: £24,000 per annum plus pension contribution
Hours: 37.5 hours per week 9am to 5.30pm with 30 minutes for lunch, to include some unsocial hours
Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays
Join Carers Network to be part of our well-established Carers Hubs and work with the rest of the Team providing unpaid adult carers with individual support plans tailored to their needs, as well as developing relationships with partner organisations to raise awareness of carers’ rights and needs. We are looking for someone who is empathetic and confident to engage and support conversations around matters that are important to carers and to raise awareness of carers issues and rights with other professionals. You will also be a very organised individual, great at administration and have excellent IT skills. We are keen to attract former carers to join our team. Our team is currently working on a hybrid basis, with the opportunity to work from home and our offices near Queen’s Park tube station. The ability to speak a community language would be advantageous.
