Give your views on Access to Community Opthamology (eye) services in NW London
The NHS aims to ensure that patients have equitable access to community ophthalmology (eye) services in NW London. Community eye services allow patients to be seen away from the hospital, and can help people manage their conditions. We want to improve the service we provide for patients across north west London, and we need your input.
What we would like to improve for patients and GPs
Our aim is to ensure that community eye health services are easy for GPs to refer into, providing the same level of access and equitable provision for all patients in NW London. For further details, please click: https://bit.ly/3pxaYm4
Next steps:
As part of this service development work we want to hear from current patients and service users. We want to find out from you about how the current service is working for residents and what might make it work better. This will help the NHS design and improve how services work for patients and clinicians as well as reducing the differences and health inequalities. In Hammersmith and Fulham, we organise a face to face drop in session, details below, to help us the develop the service.
Date: Wednesday 31st May 2023
Time: 3:30 – 5:30pm, with drink and refreshment
Venue: Irish Cultural Centre, 5 Black’s Road, Hammersmith W6 9DT 5
