SOBUS employs community organisers who provide direct support to communities in the borough. They are currently focusing on the North End and Old Oak neighbourhoods. The Community Organisers listen and support residents to bring positive change in their neighbourhoods by creating a grassroots movement of community action emerging directly from people’s aspirations, concerns and visions. They carry out research about the neighbourhoods and share this information with residents to inform and empower them.
