Kick start the new year with a free 12-week weight management programme designed to support individuals in improving their health through weekly group sessions. Led by a Registered Nutritionist, the sessions focus on key topics like nutrition, exercise, emotional eating, and stress management, and they will receive various tools to support their goals along the way including a recipe book and food diary to log their meals.

Sessions at Sobus, Dawes Road Hub will be on Wednesday evenings, 6-7:30pm, starting on the 15th of January. We also have morning sessions (10-11:30 am) at another venue (starting 13th January)
