Grants are available to charities and nor for profit organisations that work with disadvantaged young people (5-19 years old) to keep them away from anti-social behaviour and criminal activity and to enable them to fulfill their potential. The funding is being made available through the William Wates Memorial Trust.  The Trust will primarily support organisations in London and the South East. Generally, individual grants are around £30,000 over 3 years are available. The Trust will also make 2 -3 Grants which will be in the region of £30,000 – £50,000 p.a. over a 3 year period. The Trust is particularly interested in supporting projects that continue to have an impact once the funding has stopped.
