The Parkview Centre for Health and Wellbeing is a state of the art Health Hub in the heart of the Wormholt and White City ward with four GP clinics, multiple health based services and adult social care teams.

White City Enterprise are delighted to offer an exciting job opportunity to someone with vision, drive and passion for the local area who can deliver on building a social prescribing service, operating from Parkview. This new role is on the cutting edge of health and social care and involves working closely with local GPs to develop and deliver a social prescription service over a 15-month pilot period. We need someone that can provide top quality work with individuals, but is also inspired by a vision for social prescription which could see it play a huge role in primary healthcare in the future. If you are excited by the idea of setting up, developing and delivering something that could be a cornerstone of future service provision then apply without delay.

Salary: £28,000
Hours: 37.5 hours a week
Contract: Fixed term for 15 months
