  • understanding why the NHS needs your involvement
  • participating in improving your local GP service and how to overcome barriers in accessing services
  • exploring interesting examples of patient and GP practices have led changes to NHS and inspired
    health care improvement projects
  • developing skills in chairing and managing meeting, influencing & negotiation, self-reflection and more
