English historical and country dance form is a great tradition and gaining popularity in London. This style of dance has spread the world through the centuries and has now returned with diverse followings such as Carribean quadrilles, American square and many more traditions!  Dance in all its forms is great for fitness, keeping the mind active and for making social contact for people who are isolated or lonely.  All really important things for mental and physical health!
